Fabrik 1801 - Brest

We took the small menu and I believe it was very well prepared and served by very professional waiters. The rabbit is excellent and to finish, a crème brûlée is also excellent. I recommend this restaurant, definitely worth the detour.

With a jazz trio, very good atmosphere for grandpas and grandmas with their grandchildren!

Nice place. Various dishes offered including pizza, burrito with buckwheat, pasta...

One hour hold to take the order. Without water or aperitif! Too long! Correct but no more. In view of the prices displayed, far too expensive! On the other hand very nice staff, quite sorry for having us waited but unable to serve us more quickly, given their insufficient number.
