Devo dire una bella sorpresa ,mangiato bene e speso il giusto,complimenti auguri,ci ritorno senz'altro.

The sushi is done very well here. You get a good amount of sushi that is delicious, and the dishes are presented beautifully The atmosphere is great, the decor is modern and feels meticulously chosen. The dinnerware is simple and elegant, highlighting the food taste, presentation and the well crafted restaurant atmosphere Two stars were lost on service, unfortunately The servers are not hospitable. Two non english speaking servers turned on their heels and left my table, seemingly not up for the effort. It took a short time, but I was finally helped by an English speaking server who was good. Toward the end of my meal, I waved to get someoneʻs attention. One of the original servers who left my table rudely yelled something across the room while pointing at me, then walked off. My server came over and apologized (I simply needed to ask where the bathroom was) Before getting up to go to the bathroom, she asked if she could clear my dinner plates, I agreed but asked her to leave my drinks in place so I could order dessert. She understood. When I returned my table was cleared everything. Gone. My server came back and apologized (again). A different server had come by and cleared the table. I asked for the check and my unopened Coke Zero. She seemed quite embarrassed, but rang everything up politely and asked if I wanted her to go get my Sake from...well I donʻt know where the dish room maybe? I declined politely and left A few rude servers seem to rule the roost. The polite servers are subjected to short blasts of words and pointing from them when a customer needs help. You can cut the tension between them with a knife . This is a direct result of poor management of the Dining Room and Dining service personnel. Servers are the direct link to the guests, a key to making money. Communication here is very bad, and that is unfortunate for the customers and for the business Muye, you serve some of the best sushi in the area (star), well presented on simple and elegant service plates (star) in a great atmosphere (star). You donʻt have competent and friendly service (lost star), and good communication between staff and with customers (lost star). Without these, you will fall short of the true excellence that your efforts in food and atmosphere already show. Three stars only

Very good sushi, perfect taste and looks good too. Very nice service. Fast preparing. You can take it away. All you can eat for 15 Euro.

Il ristorante è davvero bello e accogliente. Il personale è cordiale e il cibo è buono.

Il cibo è ottimo e si mangiano molti piatti a pranzo, da sei a otto piatti la sera. Il personale è gentile.
