Pizzium Brescia

I was sitting outside, enjoying my pizza Calabria thoroughly! The pizza was super cheesy and had a nice level of spiciness. Afterwards I ate the Cannolo which was also very good although not made fresh by that restaurant (staff told me). Unfortunately my Aperol Spritz was not good at all: super watery. Sitting outside was a little like sitting on a parking lot so that was not relaxing or quiet.

This restaurant struggled today at lunch. We were sitting next to the kitchen, so we could see many things. It is so understaffed that we ended up helping ourselves to water glasses and condiments from the kitchen window as we hardly ever saw a waiter. We might have forgiven all of that, but the pizza was bland and undercooked. This is a chain that we’ve never tried before. I hope the other locations are managed better than this!

The right pizza and the fact that locals eat here is a great clue that you have to eat here. Had pasta and primavera. Simple great.

Pizzeria nel centro di brescia, personale cordiale e disponibile, ambiente pulito e confortevole. pizza, primo e dolce davvero molto buono a prezzi corretti e più che ragionevoli. consigliato per un pranzo tra amici.
