Very bad service and ugly food. Ants in burger and no cheese in pizza

Very unfriendly service woman. The burger of my mother and my daughter was more raw than medium, and ants very walking out of my daughters burger. Thats not enough, my Pizza was the worst I ever ate in Italy. Sorry for that bad review, but I must be honest, it was a terrible experience to eat in this local.

Amazing pizza and fresh delicious sides. The waitress was fast, polite and very friendly even considering that she was attending the entire restaurant essentially by herself!! Very recommendable!

We were directed to this very pleasant restaurant right at the San Faustino metro station plaza. The person who directed us was the owner of another restaurant that was under reconstruction when we arrived. He had good taste! We enjoyed substantial plates of proscuitto, melon, mozzarella and of bresaola with rucola and parmesan cheese (grana), and then tasty pasta dishes lasagne and noodles with good things on them. The service was efficient and cheerful. The w.c. was in excellent condition. The other diners were business people having group or solitary lunches. No wonder it's popular in the neighborhood. The prices are very moderate by American standards and the food was superior to what one finds in most Italian restaurants in the USA. Seating outdoors was pleasant in summer, and the interior room was air conditioned, although not entirely effective since the doors were open to the terrace. Altogether, a very happy experience here.

The service was very slow but they waitresses were kind. We waited almost an hour. The prices are a little bit higher than usual. The food was good. The worst part was in the payment. We were a group of 11 people. The cashier changed the payment method three times and in the end he was offensive and said: Don 't leave without pay . I understand that these things might happened in the past but this is not a good way to treat customers. I wouldn 't recommend it.
