Taco Bell - Brenwood

My grandson picked up food at this location. My order was a Nacho Belle Grande combo with a hard shell taco. He was told when arriving at the restaurant that they were out of CHIPS (at a mexican restaurant! so they substituted a Mexican Pizza for the Belle Grande. They never asked if this was OK with us. The taco was great but the Mexican pizza was terrible. There was not ANY meat on it and it did not look or taste appetizing at all. This is the second time in a few weeks that I have received this order with no meat. He was told that we would receive a refund but I seriously doubt that. My friends, neighbors and acquaintances will hear about this. My only income is social security so I cannot afford to be served ueatable food.

Got a good breakfast at this location, the young guy taking the order was very nice too

Worst Taco Bell ever, night shift makes everything wrong.i Ordered a chicken chalupa supreme with no tomatoes, they gave me a beef chalupa. I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans, they added extra beans on there. Fries were cold and crunchy. Go to McDonald’s next door they have better service and food
