Cheese Steak Shop - Brenwood

I ordered steak fries but received regular fries that were undercooked. I also ordered curly fries with the kids' grilled cheese, which never arrived. The kids' grilled cheese had a strange taste and was quite unappetizing. I had requested a Classic King with mushrooms and pizza sauce for an additional cost of $4.39, but neither topping was added. I believe I specified no peppers, yet they were included on the sandwich anyway (though I can’t check my original order to confirm). The Chicken Western had an odd, sour taste that made it unappetizing as well. On the bright side, the Classic King was loaded with meat, which I appreciated.

The Gilroy was absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated the generous amount of garlic cloves on the sandwich.

I’m so glad this restaurant has reopened in our area! Everything was served hot and tasted amazing! The only downside is that they’ve changed their fries; the steak fries aren’t the wide and flat kind anymore. Now they’re more of a thicker shoestring style. My husband liked them, but I much prefer the traditional steak fries.
