Charleys Cheesesteaks - Brenwood

Wow. Charleys Management, feel free to send me your email so I can explain what I think happened to me today..and if it happened to me it has happened or will, to others.If the super rude person IS the manager...then maybe corporate, send me your email please. It was around 3pm today.

First time here, it was a solid Philly Cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers and Mozz. (Service/Atmosphere . They have signs listed them as #1 Cheesesteak Sandwich in America, but I don 't think so. It was good, but there are better. It just seemed plain . They offered lettuce, tomato and mayo but, on a Philly?? C 'mon, stop. I will commend the staff, this place was spotless. Food service behind the counter was organized and wiped down. Prep tables were clean, and the Lead behind the counter came out and cleaned the tables when it was slow. Super friendly staff. Cooks behind the counter were very professional, too. I 'd go back just so I don 't have to go to Jimmy John 's. Nice job, Charley.Parking: Multiple restaurants nearby. Parking over lunch was full, I had to walk a ways (gasp! .Kid friendliness: Kids present, yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables set up for wheelchair access.

They put cheese wiz on the stake sandwich. It was like a bootleg version of cheese steak.

We had cheese steak sandwiches. I had chicken my friend had beef. He got sick. Talked to another worker on-site an he said he got sick as well a few weeks ago at the same place.

Freshlymade sandwiches, clean area and good customer service.
