Rajmoni - Brentwood

The restaurant is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Brentwood Station. It has a warm, quiet, and friendly atmosphere that is very comfortable. The food is excellent quality and reasonably priced.

On the 9th of February, we ordered takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, some parts of the meal were below standard and seemed like they were reheated from the night before. I reached out to the restaurant directly to request a partial refund, but received no response. When I called the restaurant a week later while I was out of the country, the staff member who answered refused to address my complaint and rudely hung up on me. After calling again and speaking to a person who identified himself as the manager, Ali, I explained my concerns about the food quality. However, he stated that he could not issue a refund because I had ordered through a third party. Despite my attempts to explain that the food came from his restaurant regardless of how it was ordered, he adamantly refused to acknowledge my complaint. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from here again. If there is a corporate office, I am open to discussing this matter further.

The Indian food at this restaurant is lovely. The dishes are expertly prepared and the service is friendly. The Chef's specials are fantastic and unique. I highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant meal, first time for quite a while. Service was good and welcoming welcomed back as old friends. Food was very enjoyable. Pity that it was so quiet, hopefully more people will go back and give it the atmosphere it used to have.

Ordered our food. After 1.5 hours still no food. Lied and said it had left the restaurant 5 mins ago. Then said they were cancelling our order. Then said via Just Eat the order was completed, thus telling lies again and blocking a refund. No food, no refund, no customer service. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT! Totally unreliable.
