Wendy's - Brentwood

Would give zero stars if it let me. Wendy 's IN BRENTWOOD TOWN SQUARE... AVOID AT ALL COST. Literally the worst experience ever. Only 2 other people inside and we waited for over 30 minutes for food, which was cold, by the time we got it. In Addition, My son was missing nuggets and his frosty was completely warm and melted. We went to ask the cashier if it could be replaced and we heard an employee call us F-ing retards, closely followed by another employee calling us ignorant. I love me a spicy chicken sandwich but I will definitely NOT be going back.

How dumb are your employees? I order chili cheese fries, I get a baked potato. I ordered a frosty didn’t get it. Last time our burger had a long hair in it. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an order right

This Wendy's is really solid. Everytime I go there my food is well made, tasty, and fresh. The staff is super friendly and efficient.

They are rude, disrespectful and gets my order wrong and screams

Was coming in to grab some late lunch and was picking up a mobile order through the drive-through. Did sit in the line for about 15 minutes which was not the best but it can happen. My main issue was I believed at first that I had sat in the drive-through long enough that the frosty that I ordered had melted so I went back into the store to get a new one. That one was also melted as soon as I got it. Found out they had just put the, frosty mixture into the machine and it was not frozen yet. They offered me a free item. I said that was fine. I was just asking for a refund and to get the issue fixed. The manager in training was very professional and tried to fix my issue the best she could, and I praise her for that. I also heard her complimenting me acting civil about the whole situation and not getting mad as I was walking out the door. I also appreciate her for that.
