Starbucks - Brentwood

You want me to take somewhere I never went. I offered feedback about the inaccuracy about it having a drive thru. It does not have a drive thru so I didn't give them my business. I drove all the way over to this one because it supposedly had a drive thru

Customer service, drink quality, and the fact that it was dirty everywhere you looked!! My friend didn’t get her drink till I said something about it. Will never spend my money there again..

When asking for a refill the older lady gave an attitude and said they don’t do refills

Only 1 employee here today the line is long..But the service is awesomeness as I was finishing up a supervisor made it in to work letting the other employee know she could leave if she wanted because not feeling well the employee continued working that should bring the line down
