City Cafe Persian Cuisine Brentwood

I'm a lover of meat and three. When Jerry Cunningham owned and ran this restaurant, I often ate there and enjoyed it. A group of us went two weeks ago and it is the WORST meat and 3 I? That's it. These owners have no idea about land cooking. Make yourself a favor and skip this place; it does not even deserve 1 star.

If I could give a star, I would!! 0 Quality and no respect to their customers. Could not cut the kabob and chew hard (if you could even get a slice)!!!! The rice was not freshened! We were thrilled by the Persian restaurant, but we were so disappointed. Especially from the behavior of the owner! Such a shame.

This has been the family's favorite place for many years to eat after the church. In the last two months there are new peculiarities. The food quality and taste have drastically decreased, the portions are also much smaller. The same big waiters are there and the new owners seem nice. I hope they are able to get back the old food suppliers to get the quality back up.

Business was recently bought and when we tried to pay with a City Cafe gift card that we were told, the new owner won't accept that. Instead, they tried to offer a percentage discount on the meal. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work. New prices are very high for very low quality foods. If this is combined with arrogant owners who obviously do not feel the need to honour the debts they have acquired when taking over an existing company, it will be very easy to visit NIE again.

Just picked up 2 orders today. Pork chops was tough and too salty. Could not eat it. Got meatloaf for my husband and could not cut it with a fork. He had two bites and we threw it away along with pork chop. Waste of $30. Food used to be really good but no more. Doubt I will go back.
