Bluefin - Brentwood

I've often eaten sushi over the years. My conclusions here were fresh, clean, impressive presentation and full taste. In fact, the cook had a great variety available. I'll come back for more.

My husband and I decided to try Sushi on a whim, and we’re so glad we did! The customer service was outstanding; we were greeted promptly and seated right away. Our waitress quickly brought our drinks, and the food was delightful. Since we weren’t extremely hungry, we opted for lighter dishes. We ordered the Red Tears roll and the Dancing Spicy Tuna roll, along with the Mushroom Bomb for appetizers. The Mushroom Bomb was a perfect blend of mushrooms, jalapeños, spicy crab meat, and cream cheese, all topped with just the right amount of crispy texture and sauce. Both rolls were delicious, but our favorite was definitely the Red Tears. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will certainly be back for more!

I had heard about Bluefin and decided to give it a try. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, dining in felt completely normal. The only difference was the QR code menu on the table. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding! The dishes were well-prepared and incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend this place for delicious sushi!

Life can change for some, while for those of us who have watched more than a season of anime, it feels rather average at best.
