Arby's - Brentwood

They were working with a sense of urgency and got my food rather quickly for an Arby’s. Everything was correct and even hot. 3/22/24 @1:40pm

I called the store today at 12:30 pm and the phone just rings. I let it ring 15 times. I ordered food on 2/29/24 asked for red ranch on my sandwich, nothing. I am ordering today 3-15-24 and wanted to make sure they add the red ranch before doordash picks up order and no answer. I tired to call on 2/29/24 as well and it just rings. I expect my sandwich to have no red ranch today when it's delivered. It is not an option to express don't forget the red ranch on doordash.
