Tgi Friday's - Brent

Went here with a large group, food came and was cold when it arrived. This is my second bad experience at TGI's (first was at a different location). Beer that. Was served was also flat which was kindly refunded from the bill. Always willing to give an establishment a second chance hence the reason for the return. Unfortunately I won't be dining at a TGI Friday's again. Only positive was that the staff were great, attentive to the group I was with and did everything they could to help improve the experience, unfortunately the food let the side down.

Amazing service from Aurelia Jada both of the girls were attentive and very helpful will be coming back soon again I recommend this place highly!!

Came in on Tuesday 6th for lunch, had an amazing server called Luis. Food was great, got it swiftly, piping hot and delicious. Luis asked if all was ok and got us refills of our drinks when he saw we needed them. Would go back and would recommend :

Great meal out. Good food, attentive servers and fast and friendly service. Would happily come again if seeing another show in the area.

The second we came in we were hosted extremely well by a lovely lady but to be honest the staff were all very kind and it didn’t take long for us to order once we were seated. The food came hot and quickly and staff were always checking if we were okay. I would 100% recommend to go to TGIs wembley for a dinner with your loved ones, I myself had a great time will definitely be returning!!
