Bidrage med feedbackI ordered several cakes for my daughter's birthday months in advance, but they never arrived and I received no response to my emails. I am appalled that this company would take money from customers without delivering the promised goods. This birthday was meant to be special for my daughter, who has been through a lot with my cancer diagnosis and the passing of her father. I am now a struggling single parent, and £90 may not be much to the company, but it is to me. How can you justify taking money from honest people and not providing the promised cakes? It is unacceptable and heartbreaking to leave us out of pocket with no cakes and a disappointed daughter.
Awful company and people, would like to see them shut down for their dishonesty and poor quality produce. Be warned they will happily take the £10 delivery fee for pre 5pm delivery but often don’t meet this service and refuse to refund anyone for anything. They will leave products you’ve paid for out of the delivery (cake topper) and short change you what you’ve ordered (sent one box of brownies, not two). All in all they owe me £20+ for the above but refused to pay. Reported them to watchdog and trading standards and suggest anyone else does the same.
Hi! I was let down by this company since I placed an order, paid and the cake never arrived. The place is temporarily closed it says and I cannot even get a refund. This is a scam! We should all report.
Placed an order a week before my son’s birthday party Lukshan Ravikumar was polite on the phone and took the order promptly and an accompanying invoice was sent with all the details. A payment of £102.99 was taken. I was promised delivery between the hours 8am 8pm but the cake failed to arrive. No one answered the phone, I tried many times throughout the day, there has been no response to my emails nor my WhatsApp messages. My 6 year old boy was left extremely upset after being promised a special birthday cake that he helped design. Do not use this retailer.
Paid £69.99 on the 3rd May for a cake to be delivered for the 5th may. All i saw on the 3rd may was 2.6K reviews of everyone recieving there cake happy or not. Only to be one of the victims who did not recieve their product this week. If you are suffering like me and have no way of getting a refund because these people will not pick up the phone, answer an email, respond to their facebook, respond to whatsapp or respond to a text. Under consumers rights act 2015. Contact your bank and say they have taken your money, they have not delivered the product and you want an investigation undertaken. I am absolutely appalled. This company has ruined several celebrations this week and not one person can tell us why or even update their website to state they cannot deliver. Disgusting.
