Subway - Brenham

TERRIBLE service. Team member cancelled my order stating that I needed to pick sandwiches up by a certain time and when I did not pick up they cancelled the order. I was on the app checking when sandwiches would be done and it constantly said that it was being prepared. I asked what they did with my sandwiches if she cancelled because I didnt come by HER preferred time and she said that she never made them. Team member was also closing the store at 9 when online and the app show that the store is open until 10. NEVER going back to another Subway.

Worker was very rude and when we asked for extra meat on sandwiches the meat was all over the counter , not on sandwiches! Never going back. If the staff doesn’t want to be bothered and doesn’t want to do a simple job we will not visit that place anymore!

The angry bald man working the counter needs to learn to treat customers with respect. Rude and unprofessional it's not everyones fault that you're in your late 70s working at subway. Food was ok.

I’ve been in here several times. each time i was served so slowly, had comments made from the workers about my body, and been asked intrusive questions. this is the most irritating fast food experience i’ve ever had.

I have been in here 2 times. They are slow to get my order and have an attitude when making it. The workers ask personal questions as well as complaining. Highly uncomfortable...
