Absolutely awful experience! I ordered online for a group of 5 friends and all seemed well to begin with, the order arrived and we realised there was 3 missing items from our order. One of us called up the takeaway in hopes to quickly rectify this issue and be offered our missing items, for the staff to say they don’t recall our order and tell us we must be making this up. After this, one of us nipped down to the takeaway to discuss the matter and ask for the missing items to be provided to us which then resulted in the staff throwing our full order in the bin and telling us we were not able to get a refund, or the missing items, or in fact the order that we’d paid for to start with. Absolutely shocking service. This caused frustration between our friend and the shop staff as they were shouting and refusing to rectify the issue, all we wanted was the order that we’d paid (around £40) for! They threatened to call the police and became very aggressive. Finally, after 2 hours of back and forth asking for our order, we were finally provided with our order. I live very close, only really used to order when desperate.. I ordered tonight really craving a Chinese so we ordered the special mixed starters, kids meal and a happy meal.. the food arrived really hot and surprisingly it was delicious!! I even rang the restraint after finishing my meal just to tell them how amazing it was!! Definitely will be ordering again.. only downfall for the 1 star is the seaweed was very dry and tasteless..
