Costa Coffee - Breckland

I waited for a long time to even get noticed while two staff members appeared to be busy. Eventually, I ordered and sat down with my disabled father. After about 20 minutes, one of the workers finally called out our order and pointed to a tray, saying it had been sitting there for 10 minutes already. The service was terrible.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The coffee was weak and tasteless, and I won't be returning. The restaurant was messy and food was left on the floor. The service was also very slow.

This restaurant is one of the best Costas we have frequented over the years. The staff are efficient and promptly deliver the food we order.

It was awful wouldn't let the five of us sit together had two tables obviously apart we asked if we could move a chair to make five at one table he's no it made no sense there were only two other people in there when we left they would have had to clean two tables and eight chairs if they had let us move chair they only had to clean five chairsxand one table I could have understood if it was full but it was empty and was still when we left not a very relaxing experience

I visit Costa quite regularly and so pleased that their staff remain friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. Their selection of drinks is really varied and of a great quality. Costa’s range of food and drink has grown from what was offered originally to appeal to most tastes. I’m not too sure about their new layout of seating which appears to offer just a few more places to sit, but lost some of its coziness ? However overall a very pleasant place to enjoy a lovely drink and a delicious bite to eat.
