An excellent atmosphere, with a knowledgeable staff, and a superb wine selection. The food is truely amazing, reminding us of our visits to southern France in a way that can not be expressed. The Sommelier simply ordered our food for us, much to our delight, and paired everything with the excellence of a master. The plates are small and we were encouraged to share; which not only enhanced the authenticity, but allowed us to experience a far greater variety of cuisine. All in all I'd highly recommend Belle V, not only for the outstanding fare, but also for the exceptional ambience.

We enjoyed an amazing classic French dinner tonight. It was quite the pleasant surprise to discover this hidden gem that we had overlooked before. The French sauces were exquisite, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive as well. Don’t miss the crème brûlée—it’s the best we’ve had in quite some time!

The lamb chops were divine, and the pork chops were fantastic as well. We also tried the duck, which was just as exquisite as the lamb. If you find yourself in Breckenridge, you absolutely must have a date night here. Richard made the entire experience truly magical. And don’t forget to indulge in the crème brûlée – it’s heavenly too!

My wife and I absolutely adore this charming French restaurant! Whenever we're in Breckenridge, we make a point to stop by for dinner. The food is consistently cooked to perfection. We particularly enjoy the lamb chops and scallops. Just a heads-up: everything is ordered a la carte, and dishes are served as they're ready, rather than all at once. While it can be a bit pricey, the freshness and incredible flavors of the food make it worth it. If you're looking for something special beyond burgers and pizza, this place is definitely a must-try.
