Jolene's Wings Beer - Brea

It was good. But they provided a different dipping sauce than I ordered, and for wings the sauce is important. But other than that miss, it was good.

Ordered through doordash dashpass: nashville chicken wings (3/5): tbh i was expecting a dry rub for nashville hot wings. it kinda made me think did i order buffalo wings instead? weren 't crispy, but that 's what i expected so it 's fine. still good tho! cajun lime wings (4/5): perfectly crispy! lovely flavor and i thought the rub was coated evenly throughout the wings onion rings (3/5): could 've been more crispier the sauce that came w it was so good! would order again to try different flavors!

Nice crispy wings. Good sauces and flavors. Even the boneless had good texture and crunch. Would buy again.

The Black and Bleu pull a part pizza is pretty good, it's the same exact toppings as the one Lazy Dog used to have, I wish they would bring back the original thin crust one but I'll take Jolene's as a pretty good substitute, dipped in the Umami sauce, pretty good

I don't know what heppened over the past week but the quality has taken a sharp downturn. Breading was like panko: crunchy but not satisfyingly so (see crispy). There also wasn't enough sauce to cover the boneless wings. The chicken itself was all over the place: juicy, warm, cold, dry it was a mystery what combination I would get with each wing. The fries were cold and soggy to the point that the seasoning, of which there was all too much, was clumping and sitting at the bottom of the tray. This was drastically different to the when I ordered 10 days ago which the wings were delicious, juicy and crispy. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I don't know what happened or if I ordered on a bad day today, but I won't be reordering for a while, if ever again.
