I rang to place an order and they hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service, can't even make an order. If the owner or manager see this they need to sort it out. Don't offer a late night takeaway service if u can't deliver. What? I never mentioned anything about an eircode? U hung up the phone on me before I ever got a chance to get to the pointof giving u my address. So that's a terrible response from your business. It makes no sense. Service: 1

The worse service ever. They never delivered my order even tho they took the full amount of the bill. Placed an order through Deliveroo, which over an hour of waiting for it I never got it. called the pizzeria many times and didn’t get a proper answer. After an hour of waiting I finally got someone to answer my call to say, ‘they left the pizza somewhere around outside my door’. Outrageous, I never get my food or either my money back. So hungry and disappointed

Customer service is extremely poor, they tell you your order is on the way before knowing what your order actually is. They are very rude as if everyone who calls is annoying them. Made a late order of a calzone combo on a Friday night. I asked the driver specifically to call me upon arrival so I could answer the door without waking up people. This message was ignored.
