I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. The cashier seemed more focused on someone else rather than attending to us, and we were charged extra for items we didn't even order, which felt like outright theft. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1 out of 5.

For a meal that ranged between $30 to $50 per person, the quality was outstanding. I would definitely recommend trying the Mini Pancakes, Chicken Club Salad, French Fries, Sourdough Jack, Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Shake, Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit, Chicken Fajita Pita, Dr Pepper, Ultimate Cheeseburger, Breakfast Jack, and Chicken Sandwich. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 stars! Great job to everyone at Jack's!
