Hacienda Market Snack - Brawley

I really enjoy the food and the staff at this restaurant. However, I wish they would improve their cleanliness. The tables need to be cleaned, especially the condiment bottles, and they should remove all the boxes in the main dining area. It often looks cluttered and untidy. Perhaps they could benefit from having a storage container. This place is perfect for takeout! Their double cheeseburger is amazing, and their cheese fries are delicious crinkle cut ones. The staff are very involved in the community, supporting various fundraisers and sports clubs. They have a great attitude for a small community like Brawley.

I tried the tri tip and BBQ chicken for takeout today and it was excellent. The price was just right for the generous portions. I highly recommend it!

I am giving this restaurant one star because I cannot give it zero stars. I haven't been there in person in a long time, but used to order food for pick up or delivery when I was at work. Recently, my husband and I decided to visit the restaurant for a quick lunch on a day off. When we arrived, it appeared closed, but we asked if they were still open and they confirmed they were. As we looked at the menu, the person working, presumably the owner, mentioned they no longer had certain items. When I acknowledged this, he did not offer any alternatives. It seemed like there was only one person cooking, as he was standing with another gentleman while we looked at the menu before returning to the kitchen. After deciding what we wanted, we stood at the cash register but the person who I assumed was the owner walked to the back, ignoring us. Feeling as though our business was not appreciated, we left and had a pleasant lunch elsewhere where we felt welcomed and valued as customers.

The best Tri Tip in Imperial Valley can be found at this restaurant. Their catering service is top-notch. They have been in business for over 12 years.

The food at this restaurant is incredible and the staff is excellent as well.
