At Rosenanger was a pleasant surprise: wonderful German food, very warm atmosphere and the friendly staff. Our children were surprised to find an authentic special. We will definitely return.

A real flavor surprise! We have come to Brasov for years and have more to discover. The place is small, intimate, beautifully furnished for winter holidays. A perfect service. We liked the vine soup with cream, turkey soup, pork with red cabbage, apple, horseradish and brown sauce, pork ribs, juicy pork with mushroom sauce, baked cheese with berries sauce. In winter, do not hesitate to enjoy the aromatic, particularly delicious mulled wine. And the beer offer is rich. We will definitely try other delicacies again. We were very pleased that they welcomed us with our little dog, which is why we thank them for being pet-friendly. It is very frustrating to be rejected in other places, although you declare that you have an educated, trained puppy used to eat in restaurants.

I was very disappointed when the so called “potatoes with rosemary” was potatoes with powder of rosemary. That means an unpleasant bitter taste. It 's a pity that the chef doesn 't care that he spoils the image of a restaurant with such ingredients . Also, the pork knuckle should be cooked with less salt. Overall, I recommend this restaurant and I hope that next time everything will be better.

German restaurant, a lot of different dishes to choose, fast service, felt exaclty like the austrian restaurants from Vienna where I used to go. I absolutely loved the turkey Schnitzel and the Kaiserschmarrn. We'll definitely come back. Great restaurant!
