Outback Steakhouse - Brasília

Very courteous staff, excellent food, not too expensive

Very nice lunch, I recommend Five Big Boomerang appetizer, a little bit of everything.

This Outback is a super lousy place, with noisy and poorly educated guests. I couldn't barely hear my own thoughts, or my friend in front of me. I also ordered a plate called steak au gratin. The portion size that came was so little, that it was smaller than some kid's menu portions. It didn't satisfy me at all.

Worse, attention to customer, the servers are so busy that it takes all the attention from the table, had to call the server several times, never checked with the table, had to ask for more drinks, food was so late, I wanted to talk to the manager, but he never came to the table, the bill came with a 10% discount for all the lack of attention I’m assuming because the manager never came to talk to me at my table. The food is good as always but this location needs to be better organized!

Showed up at 6pm with my family to enjoy my birthday dinner at a restaurant that I love. Had been thinking about ribs all day. Ate a small lunch in preparation for a delightful and filling dinner. They said there were two tables ahead of me but were unable to give any estimate of waiting time. I waited for nearly 2 HOURS for a seat and then left, at which time it was bedtime for my kids and I was truly starving.
