Neglect in service, attendant slams the phone in the customer's face, they don't know how to meet demands, they don't listen and they don't have empathy. Which place asks for 80 minutes for delivery of a pizza? The order is placed at 8pm at night and at 10:28pm the order doesn't arrive, you call to complain and the attendant doesn't listen and even hangs up on you. It takes more than 2 hours to arrive, the attendant comes from where she's already leaving when she calls, she arrives 35 minutes after the call when the pizza arrives... it's pure pasta hahaha I think that's the strategy... leaving the customer very hungry hoping to at least not complain about the taste of the pizza.. lol Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$40–60
