Bidrage med feedbackWe had a long relocation at Brasilia airport, so we decided to take advantage and dinner. We were looking for a restaurant that participated in the Associação dos Restaurantes da Boa Lembrança (I collect her plates and Dom Francisco was the only one that we contacted, who actually had the record available. How happy for us! The food was absolutely great! I had the Bacalhau, which was served with a shredded potato rust and a mild sauce, and my wife had the wild boar!(which was served with grilled polnta. The wild boar fell literally from the bone; the Polnta was crispy outside and creamy inside, accompanied by a demi green that was as delicious as the wild boar. The cod was beautiful, golden, tender and fluffy. We finished everything with a wonderful Crème brûlée. The restaurant also has a very impressive wine menu with many excellent wines from all over the world. The service, inconspicuous, was also excellent.

We adore you pratos da casa. Especially bacalhau. We opt for bacalhau in fine poles, ovos lighthouse and legumes not steam, as weave prato for ceia na virada do ano. Foi perfeito!
Food is great. As a non-local for a restaurant with this reputation we were expecting the wait staff be More approachable and friendly.
Used to be one of the best restaurants in Brasiloa. Unfortunately, quality seems to have decayed.
