Dunkin' - Braselton

I've regrettably visited this restaurant numerous times due to its convenience, but they consistently get my order wrong. The oat milk is always unpleasant; I'm not sure if it's expired or what, but it's fine at other locations. It seems like they're often understaffed, so perhaps the franchise should consider increasing pay to retain more employees.

The sweet tea tasted like pure syrup. I can understand if it's someone's first day making tea, but I ordered hash browns and only received five – none even made it into the bag. That's just disrespectful. And the donuts were cold as well.

Terrible quality. It was obvious that they had run out of chocolate and didn't bother to fill the donuts. They were aware of the mistake and didn’t provide me with a receipt for some reason. We even asked if they had Boston cream pies, and the donuts looked really unappealing.
