Bojangles - Braselton

It appears that the owners of this restaurant are the same as those in Pendergrass, since neither location seems to prioritize staying open during normal hours. The new staff at this location was excellent, but the operating hours are somewhat unreasonable. It's worth noting that there are five other food establishments within a quarter mile, yet Bojangles is the only one that cannot seem to stay open consistently.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's dining room was closed and the drive-thru speaker was not working properly, causing delays during my fast food visit. The staff needs to ensure that they are fully operational and open their dining room so that fast service can be restored.

Open the damned dinning room! I don’t care how short staffed Bojangles is due to “COVID” or whatever excuse. I don’t like eating in my car, I want to wash my hands and if I or the staff forget something it can be rectified promptly and easily making my experience with your product much more pleasant and satisfying. If your going to be a drive through only restaurant then tear down the dinning room format and build more drive through lanes…

Waited for over 30min on a grilled chicken salad to find out it had eventually been made and was just sitting there. TERRIBLE management and customer service!
