Wendy's - Brantford

My mother visited the drive-thru and informed the staff about her dairy allergy. She specifically requested that they change their gloves while preparing her burger and asked for no cheese to be added. However, they ended up putting cheese sauce on the burger, even though that burger isn’t supposed to have cheese sauce in the first place.

This place serves the best Frostys and fries anywhere! They’re always consistent, and the staff is super friendly! The new Caramel Apple Frosty with extra caramel is absolutely divine! How many Frostys did we enjoy this summer? A ton! Just look at the pile of trays! Hahaha!

The restaurant has a clean environment. The service wasn’t rude, but it also felt a bit lacking, likely because it was quite busy with the drive-thru management seemingly more focused on entertaining the kids in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the front cashier had to handle everything on her own. Unfortunately, the food has changed over the past year and no longer agrees with our family.

I was served by a cheerful young woman named Tracey who took my order. Thank you, Tracey, for being friendly and smiling when we reached your window. That kind of positivity is important to me when placing and receiving my order.

The drive-thru took over 20 minutes for me to place my order and get my food, despite there being only a few cars in front of me. Additionally, the fries were excessively salted.
