Wendy's - Brantford

This Wendy's is newly renovated with a modern style and stands out as the only place between London and Burlington to have Coke Freestyle machines.

I visited this restaurant today after a car show and ordered a medium-sized Lemonade. Unfortunately, they were out of medium cups. Instead of offering the large size at a medium price, there was no smile or apology from the staff. I try to be nice, but the lack of customer service here was disappointing. I suggest finding another place to eat.

Usual Wendy's food served quickly and efficiently along with a smile and courteous staff. Easily accessible off the 403 along with Tim Hortons and New York fries in a small building adjacent Husky fuel station.

I hate it when I go through the drive-thru and realize 5 km down the road on the 403 that they forgot my salad dressing. That's what happened today. Next time, I'll make sure to check before leaving, even if there are cars behind me.
