This is one of the gf's favorite drink places to get drinks. She loves getting the Iced Chi Latte. I get the iced peach green tea subbing the cane sugar pumps for 2 sugar free vanilla pumps. It's keeps it closer to diabetic friendly while also not being too sweet.

I am in brantford at least once a week usually twice and go to Starbucks every time I’m in town. This location as well as Henry street are always good. I consistently receive what I order. It’s always delicious. And honestly the baristas /customer service is always amazing. They 100% have it down to an art with how kind everyone is. Always smiling and pleasant. It’s a literal pleasure, as a lot of places lack in customer service, but I have never met a barista at Starbucks that wasn’t super friendly. Thank you for always being delightful and kind …….. to all the staff of both the West and Henry locations.

Friendly, efficient experience when visiting for a drink on their patio. Enhanced cleaning of patio tables needs to occur regularly with the number of staff working. Safety signs should be posted on the entrance pad of this location to avoid a possible accident. Parking area is a safety hazard for customers who like to visit this location for done in and drive thru.
