Pizza Pizza - Brantford

I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The pizza was delicious and the delivery service from the delivery girl was exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to Pizza Pizza and their fantastic delivery girl for making my night special. Keep up the great work!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering pizza from this fantastic establishment called pizza pizza and I must say, the delivery service provided by the pizza delivery girl was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. First and foremost, the delivery girl was prompt and arrived right on time, which is always a plus when you're eagerly waiting for a delicious pizza. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly brightening up my day. Her professionalism and positive attitude were truly commendable. Not only was she punctual and professional, but she also took great care in handling the pizza. It arrived in perfect condition, piping hot and with all the toppings intact. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality product. Moreover, the delivery girl went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She patiently answered all my questions about the different pizza options and even provided some helpful recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu were impressive. What truly set her apart, though, was her exceptional customer service skills. She was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a fantastic dining experience. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request I had, making me feel valued as a customer. Overall, my experience with the pizza pizza and with the delivery girl was nothing short of exceptional. Her punctuality, professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made my pizza delivery experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by this amazing delivery girl. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to her for going above and beyond. She is a true asset to the team and a shining example of exceptional service. Keep up the fantastic work! We waited an hour and 25 minutes for a cold and disgusting pizza that cost $40. My children refused to even taste it. When I called to complain about it being freezing cold after an hour and a half wait, they wanted me to wait another hour and a half for a replacement pizza instead of offering a credit for a future order. Since it was already late and we didn't want to wait another hour and a half for another cold pizza, we decided not to reorder. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from them again.

Didn't ordered Pizza pizza since our last problem, guess what they couldn't make it again, ordered 2 pizza's get only one, see picture below. When called to complain, I was told that they are sending the missing pizza later. I had asked for a refund I was told that is not the policy. I guess the pizza pizza policy is not to deliver the order correctly ever. Pre ordered pizza around lunch time for 5:30 delivery, the pizza was delivered at 2:30. Driver realized at the door that the order said delivery for 5:30 so take the food back to the store. At 6 pm we had called about our food, we were told we had no order, and the order that was delivered at 2:30 that wasn't a pre order for 5:30pm. However, They promised to re make the order and send it, an hour later we had no food ,another phone call and about 10 minutes later we got our cold pizza. Will never order a pizza from this location.

Ordered medium pizza with double cheese and two toppings and when i open the box the pizza was all plain and when i called them to check with them they said we don’t have tandoori paneer for topping very bad service it was my first and last time. NOT SATISFIED!
