Good stuff. Typically very fast and the food is always tasty. Fries could be better and cheaper but other than that it’s very good. Inflation drove the prices up ALOT through the years. Staff is very friendly and I always enjoy the burgers. Occasionally they make mistakes with the order but that’s just how fast food goes. I Recommend this A&W other other locations.

For a variety of reasons I limit my fast food to an occasional indulgence. Today I had a hankerin for good ol A&W. Looking forward to a pre Christmas treat as I was out doing errands. Sadly, my hankerin quickly turned into a regret. I ordered my Uncle Burger which seemed to be exactly what I wanted. My mouth dropped when the cashier rang in the price: I had ordered onion rings in place of fries. I had no clue that the up charge was so significant. Will not do that again. My order came out pretty quickly so I was happy. The onion rings were piping hot for 2 3 minutes then cooled down quickly. The burger, while tasty, was at best, luke warm. On a cold day, I was looking forward to a nice, hot, burger. My hankerin was dashed and; I had an expensive reminder why I don 't eat out too often at fast food restaurants. The last time I tried an A and W in Brantford (different location) I had the same experience. Would not recommend if looking for a reasonable priced meal that is fresh and hot.

Did drive thru for their famous onion rings. Always good fresh and flavourful but $7.00......wow

I went through the drive-thru at around 4:00 on Tuesday December 6. A young lady took my order which was just onion rings. I had a coupon for an upgrade to onion rings for the price of fries. She told me that it only applies in a combo. This is not true, as I have used this coupon before without any issue. I drive up to the window, and she hands out the debit machine. I tried to explain that I used it before and she responded with ok . At this point I don 't know if she applied a coupon or not as she did not say it. In the end, the price was discounted so she did apply it. She handed out my bag without a word and slammed the window shut without saying anything and walked away from the window. I am shocked at how poor the customer service was. Sometimes a quick have a nice day goes a long way…

Excellent food is always fresh and tasty. The best onion rings. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Drive-thru is always quick and effective.There is plenty of parking, the restaurant is always clean.
