A Pizza Factory - Brant Canada

First off this was our first and last time trying this place. They did not ask for our name or number when ordering the pizza and when I arrived I gave them the time I requested for pick up and our order and they had no trouble finding it. Food smelled good enough but something about the store itself grossed me out. We get home and open our food, we got garlic bread, hot wings and a medium pizza. The garlic bread was burnt, but brown but black. Inedible. The wings were soggy and had little to no sauce on them. The pizza was the best part bit thats not saying much, the dough was actually pretty good but the hot peppers had black hard stems on them and all around the pizza made me feel sick to my stomach. Something wasn't right. I won't be coming back again.

You guys should really try hot wings so crunchy and delicious Never had anything like that Absolutely loved it The extra meet pizza trust me these guys know what extra meat means Just loved how the meat and cheese melted in mouth with on point pizza sauce. Loved Pizza factory cheers.

Get points for the food. The pizza was pretty good. The sauce was good, the dough was cooked okay. Wings had a good sauce, and taste good. and the garlic bread was really good.

Had a very bad experiance with delivery (not owners fault) BUT was very angry when calling to find out why my cold pizza took 1.5hrs. Long story short he was very professional, kept his cool with me and fixed the situation on the spot. Will continue to use them as our friday night pizza spot (pick up of course) Wings are the BEST, pizzas great too.

First time ordering from them tonight. Very good pizza well definitely be ordering again.
