Chili's Grill - Branson

We ate super early (3pm), upon entering an almost empty restaurant we were asked to wait 5 minutes (lady never came back). Eventually we were seated but the server didn't great us for about 10 minutes. (Again not a busy restaurant) we ordered our foodand drinks all at once and everything seemed to be fine. Then our food came chicken strips....cold. Ribs .....warmed inmicrowave but still cold. Cheeseburger..... so overdone it was crispy. Best thing we ate were French fries. We also ordered acocktail that we watched sit at the bar almost the entire time we were eating, it arrived watered down and sticky from the sugarmelting off the rim. 0/10 will not be going back.

I went here last night with my sister. We were both really hungry after an afternoon shopping trip. We went into Chili's and firstly we were seated fairly quick. But they sat us in a small booth and the spotlight from the ceiling above this booth wasliterally right in our faces. It made sitting there very uncomfortable. I didn't want to ask for another seat as they werepretty busy, but going back now I would have. The server was nice. You could tell they were understaffed because he was goinghere there a everywhere. We ordered an appetizer and it was good. But when our plates came I was VERY disappointed. My plate wasliterally COLD! None of the food was the slightest bit hot. You could tell it had been sitting a while. I got the serversattention and told him the issue. He got the manager over there and I told him what was up. He asked if I wanted it remade and Isaid NO. Then he asked if I wanted it comped and I said yes. I told them to take the food as I was no longer interested ineating cold food that had been sitting who knows how long. The manager didn't even apologize. My sister ate her food but shesaid the portions were too small for what the price was and her food was over salted. We also ordered 2 burgers to go andneither one of our spouses liked them! They both said they were undercooked. I will say say server did come back and apologizefor the cold food and I appreciate that. But because of my experience and the fact that there are so many other restaurants inBranson I will NOT go back.

The baby back ribs were really delicious, while the chicken salad was just okay. Initially, the service was frustrating since our server brought drinks to other tables that arrived after us before attending to ours. However, I’m changing my review to five stars because the service improved significantly today. We ordered salads and chicken wings. During my previous visits, the service had been lacking, but this time we were the first ones seated. Unfortunately, our server didn’t come out right away. All the tables around us were served and had drinks, while we waited. Eventually, our server took our drink orders along with those from the two tables next to us. After another five minutes, the drinks finally arrived, but then the server headed off to take an order at another table. That’s when I decided to leave. I don’t plan to return to this location.

We stopped by this restaurant for dinner after arriving in town late during our road trip. It was a refreshing change from fast food! We ordered the Cajun pasta, which was tasty but could have used a bit more chicken. The kids had chicken tenders, and they were excellent. As always, Chili's strawberry lemonade is simply the best!

I just picked up a to-go order and had to wait 25 minutes before going inside. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me. After another 15 minutes, I finally received my order, which included nachos and fried chicken that had clearly been sitting out for over 30 minutes. The chicken was soggy, and my order was incorrect—it came with corn instead of mashed potatoes. The nachos were so burnt that they were inedible. I tried to call and speak with the manager, but no one answered the phone. I was charged for food that was gross and impossible to eat. They don’t even deserve a one-star rating. Please, do not eat at this restaurant. I’m extremely disappointed as a rewards member!
