Bidrage med feedbackThe personal was amazing! our daughter twisted her ankle from buying an evening when we came back to the resort, the employees could not have been more helpful. glenn at the reception ran for a wheelchair and offered everything we needed, like a kissing or an ice pack. rick, the watchman, walked and got another type of wheelchair and opened every door and ensured that we needed everything. the resort is older but very clean and the pool area is great! the spa services I received were also top notch! great place!
We stayed here for a work retreat and they were the upmost accommodating! Room was a little dated but very large and clean. The pool area was nice. Bonnie, in the bar was GREAT!!!!!! She was so sweet and knew her stuff!! She really made our nights enjoyable. Shuttle service was attentive and great. The food was a little below what we expected. Don't waste your money on the breakfast buffet. Not very good at all. But the views are breathtaking!!
I booked 2 rooms for a total of 8 nights. This was a family vacation to visit our 4 year old grandson. At the time of our stay, the Kids Venue was closed. Nonetheless we were charged 25 day room Resort Fee . Don't ask what this is supposed to cover. At the time of check in I spoke with the resort manager and expressed my feelings about the fee. I was hoping he would waive the fee but did not. We plan to visit Branson again but won't be staying here.
If I could could give this place no stars I would. Our family was on vacay and had been planning a girls day only to find out our massages were double booked... after waiting over an hour in the lounge . All of the toilets were clogged and the amenities were very basic and nothing special. I would save your money or go to Big Cedar.
First of all the location and property are beautiful. The bedroom with separate living area was spacious and had all the amenities fridge, microwave, k cup coffee maker, wet bar. And the balcony overlooking the pool and lake are awesome. The service was impeccable, I don't think we ever opened our own door leaving and arriving. The bellmen were always there. We did not eat at any of the restaurants since the menu did not impress us. The reason for 2 stars is that every inch of the room needs to be gutted and redecorated. The carpeting and furniture looks like it hasn't been updated in 50 years. The same goes for the carpeting in the hallways. The mattress and pillows were all lumpy and very uncomfortable. For the price of the room and how elegant the hotel looks I would expect better. It will be hard pressed to stay here again for the price.
