The food is good and the costumer service is so and so

Food is always fresh and tasty. Appealing in appearance too. But, this store has an employee by the name of Dustin. I'm there frequently and am very impressed with his customer service. Way to go Dustin!!!

Terrible service all around. We placed an order for 11 people well over $110.00, to be delivered. When the order arrived the fries were all barely half full. Two of the sandwiches were made with bottom buns only. NO sauces were included, even after we specifically order a specific amount of certain sauces for our meal. When we called the “manager “his only solution was for me to drive there to pick up the sauces and he would replace the messed up sandwiches. Terrible all around. I once worked … – show

Fat bob started with attitude to my wife, she was in line 5+ minutes before being acknowledged, (drive thru more important) I was not in store yet, anyway, wagui burger was sloppy nothing special. Shift manager, or whomever was in charge did nothing to said individual. Is this the new norm? So sad!

A couple years ago I had to leave a bad review for this Arby’s. But today I deleted that review and wanted to make a point to say how much they have improved. The last 3 times I’ve been there the food was very good! My fries were fresh and my sandwiches were spot on. Glad to change this rating!
