Starbucks - Brandywine

Serious customer service and every drink that I have to get from this place must be made new (I always get hired as if I made the drink wrong)! it is convenient, but I have to stop giving this position chances to get it right. I'm staying with the dead in safeway!

We went through the drive through just now and it was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. All we kept hearing was “is that all?” at least 4 times then when my husband had to ask me a question about what to say for the order .. we heard “hellllooooooo” on the intercom. And now our drinks are not right because she was so impatient. The crazy part about it is I think it was a manager that spoke to us that way. I will never be going to this location again after that encounter.

Great customer service. The setup of the drive thru wasn’t easy and you had to either come off of 301 to it or come through by McDonald’s. But the employees were very helpful friendly.

Workers are so nice, but the drive thru takes entirely too long! 30 mins for 3 drinks and 3 breakfast wraps with no special instructions or modifications? No bueno. Place was clean and staff was super friendly though.
