Bidrage med feedbackIt was our 2 year wedding annivesary. We had reservations for 8:30. We were running late. They held the restaurant and kitchen open for just us 2. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined. It was like we had our own private venue attendants and chef!!!!!!! We got the voodoo steak special and it was amazing. Im sorry I dont remember our attendants name but she was the sweetest and knew all about the restaurant the menu and the history. Monte himself prepared
What a wonderful night I had at Monte's! Everyone I encountered, including our server, Ashley, and the owner (Monte) and his beautiful wife (Ellen) was kind and helpful. I had the stuffed catfish and was impressed with the both portion size and the flavors. It was delicious! Everything on the menu looked tasty, I'll have to come back very soon!
First (and definitely last) time to eat here. We got the food takeout, and upon opening the chicken pasta dish at home, it became abundantly clear that the chicken was rotten. I mean, it literally smelled like garbage. The Bourbon Street ribeye while sizeable was not fit to eat. It wasn 't blackened. It was coated with a paste of seasonings so thick that the flavor of the steak didn 't even resemble steak. The filet was the only edible dish out of the 3. They also put
Chicken Alfredo and shrimp scampi. Pretty good. I do like that Monte is there and seats you and talks to you. Very good customer services. Thanked us multiple times. Food was piping hot.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. The instrumental jazz music playing is a really nice touch and feel. The food was full of flavor. Everything was great. I will be going back often.
