Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Brandon

I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was quite busy. I arrived at 12:35 and unfortunately they were out of pasta without cheese sticks/bread sticks. The only options available were pizza, all of which had black olives on them. The salad bar was half empty and no new items were added, except for yet another pizza with black olives. I ended up paying nearly $30 for myself and my coworkers, which wasn't a big deal. However, I wish the server had informed me that they were no longer serving the buffet. They could have offered alternative options for us to order. I felt deceived as I did not receive what I paid for.

I am giving this restaurant two stars because the food is consistently good. However, I had a negative experience when a female employee loudly complained about customers, causing some guests to leave. She was a shorter girl with long brownish hair dyed pink. Her unprofessional behavior has made me reconsider returning to this establishment, as the staff's attitude was disappointing.

This restaurant offers all-you-can-eat thin and crispy pizza that is the best in town.

Wait 30 minutes for 3 children mini cheese pizza. only one customer came in while we were there, so they weren't busy at all. the last couple of times I ordered from there, I came home and the order was wrong or missing items, so I? ve had to go back and they never offer any kind of refund or excuse. I love her pizza, but lately she's just on the hill.

At 12:30 every table not occupied was piled high with dirty dishes, a total of 23 tables (5 occupied) with one employee tasked with cleaning. So, I bussed my own table, got my own silverware, and ranch for the wings I?d ordered, wondering why I?d bothered to add a tip to my credit card receipt at the register. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea, and when I asked the manager for some, he said they were having supply chain issues. I asked if he couldn?t solve that problem by making a grocery run, but he explained that individual packets of artificial sweetener are not available for purchase at the local stores, even though I know I can buy pink, blue, and yellow sweetener at several stores within a five mile radius of this Mazzios. Very disappointing visit, and my last.
