Subway - Brandenburg

Horrible service had $26 in cash bill was $27 refused to break $100 bill some old lady got angry cause I wanted add more vegetables to my sandwich slams her hand in my sandwich like a child. By the WAY THERE WAS NO DAM SIGN STATING YOU DONT BREAK $100 Your service is garbage if don't want to work for Public then quit your job grandma.

Churros are awful. Staff advised that there was nothing they could do and reached manager. Supervisor didn't even want to come out to address the situation. Manager refused to talk to us to try to make it right in any way. Sad, sad situation. You have lost a previously loyal customer. What a shame when there are so few places to eat in our small town. Do better, Brandenburg Subway.

Visited on 11/25/2023 around 2:30pm. Crew was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Made excellent sandwiches with the proper amount of ingredients. Store was clean and orderly. Subway restaurants are usually decent but this one is top notch. Not what I was expecting in Brandenburg! Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat options and egg is available all day despite what their app says. Dietary restrictions: You can choose what you want. Parking: Strip mall parking. Loads available. Kid-friendliness: Idk what this means but there were no nude dancers inside the store. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up curb outside.

It's Subway. Come in and tell them what you want. What you really, really want.

Absolutely great food and service, a little slower but the excellent sandwich was worth the time. They were very busy to so understandable.
