Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this Wendy's was efficient, with my order prepared and served promptly, even during a busy lunch rush. The staff was attentive and friendly, creating a positive dining atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms could be improved. More frequent cleaning and maintenance would enhance the overall dining experience. An inviting environment is important for customers, and this location falls slightly short in this area.
The burger at this restaurant was not assembled well and was very messy. I much prefer the Wendy's near Costco in Brampton. I will not be returning here because I do not enjoy messy burgers.
Very frustrated. Ordered carry-out after a super busy day. The staff were super friendly, but we didn't actually receive our full order.We ordered 4 meals and received 3. I normally check brie leaving but since we were given the meals within a large bag, I assumed everything was there.Unfortunately, we didn't notice until after getting home and only after finishing a home reno project. Too late to return our call about the issue.Just make sure you double check all bags before leaving. Even if the meals are loaded into a large bag for ease of carrying.
The service staff at Font Restaurant are polite, friendly, and have a good rapport with customers. The food was hot and delicious, and the tables were satisfactory. We definitely plan on returning!
I love Wendy’s food, but due to how far I live I do not order from Uber Eats because it can be too much especially the fees Uber wants to be charging.This has always been my goto location due to its great food, quality and the customer service. The location is very much perfect as it is not as far from the bus stop and it does not take too long to get your items to catch the next bus (depending on how much you order, you won’t get raw food either).I bought some items for my family on May 24th, 2023 and I purposely ordered my sister’s order first because she is allergic to cheese, they still managed to place cheese on the burger after I told them specifically not to. It’s not the cashier’s fault as I saw them input it manually along with the receipt, it’s the back staff cooking it.There needs to be a better communication or they really need to read the order to make sure it is correct. I have no problem if they mess it up to take time to correct it because if she was deathly allergic and she didn’t check, this can be a liability issue for them. I didn’t check because my hands were not clean and hand sanitizer really doesn’t do the trick.Other than that they did make one item that I also stated no cheese have no cheese on it. So I know it’s an honest mistake, I’ll make sure to check the burgers before I leave and I await for my next visit.
