Tim Hortons - Brampton

I was served by Srushti, and I wanted to share my experience. Usually, when you go to a restaurant, the staff rushes through taking your order. However, Srushti took her time to ensure she got all my drink orders correct and handled any mistakes with a calm demeanor. She also greeted me very politely when I reached the window. I was genuinely impressed and really pleased with the service, so I thought I’d leave a review.

I ordered a wrap, but initially, the staff forgot about my order and tried to give me a burnt one, which I refused. Then, they handed me an open wrap that wasn't properly wrapped. I suggest ensuring that you serve good quality products.

Everything is great! It would be even better if the employees smiled more.

I told them to give extra extra butter but I got dry bagel.

We are order but the guy said its not available after that we gave again order then he said its costely and gave ice cab which are disgusting so the taste is not good and which i order he dont gave that goods .
