Tim Hortons - Brampton

This is one of the busiest but one of the best Tim Hortons by far!!! I’m on the road a lot and I’ve been to many. The staff are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. All it needs is a renovation like some of the many other locations. My colleague and I just order from their new pizza menu and chose the Chicken ParmesanIT LOOKS, SMELLS AND TASTES AMAZING!!! I 100 recommend! Parking: This location is really during business hour and pretty calm after that. They did not toasted an English muffin just because I ordered it on window but it doesn’t mean you will not make proper sandwich. Customer’s care is more important than your timings. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

Shout out Ronaldo, never had a Tim Hortons employee have such great service and treatment towards a customer like that before. He caught a mistake that was made with my order and corrected it most employees would just serve the wrong order trying to get to the next customer, but not Ronaldo he made sure every customer is satisfied before moving on to the next.
