Drive thru staff must listen to the order carefully rather than gossiping with the colleagues. Ordered a chicken wrap and got one without chicken. Went back and they showed the orde reciept and said l never ordered chicken. The supervisor was rude and showing attitude, she need to learn how to applogise or even how to deal with it.

If these guys can ever use the machine right and actually apply the offer discount then it can be a decent timmies. How do they always mess this up everytime.

Went through the drive through in the morning. Cash only. Is you ATM down? NO we only do cash. What? Is this Tim Hortons? Am I in Canada toto?

Make sure to tell ur employee to spread cream cheese properly.

My daughter and I went through the Drive through to place our order. Upon doing so, one of the Drive threw Timmy 's employees came out, IMMEDIATELY, To inform us that their headsets were not functioning properly.So, the employee, 'Very Politely ' asked us to place our order at the cashier window.We were just getting one, Medium size French Vanilla Cappuccino, and one Large Peppermint Tea. (With 2 tea bags). The service was quick, friendly and the drinks were done perfectly!!Thanks so much Tim Hortons, for the excellent service making sure that their customers were treated with respect!! ???An overall great experience.
