This behavior made us quite upset, and I mentioned that in my 15 years in Canada, I had never encountered such poor customer service. Though we initially remained polite, his attitude provoked us to respond defensively. The rest of the staff were calm and apologetic, but Baneet continued to be rude and argumentative. I believe there may be cameras that captured his behavior, and the manager should review how he interacted with customers. I regret having to write this review, but I think Tim Hortons needs better training for their staff to improve customer relations. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.
Great spot for coffee and donuts! The drive-thru line can get a bit lengthy, especially when some drivers don't pull up close to the car in front of them. As for parking, it can become a bit crowded at times.
I ordered the cilantro bowl, which is my go-to lunch four times a week. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the portion size this time. It should be generously loaded, but it didn't meet my expectations. When I brought it up with the staff, they simply told me that this is how it’s supposed to be. Overall, I’m disappointed.
The restaurant should ensure that the tables, walls, and surfaces are always kept clean. Empty tables need to be cleaned and disinfected before new customers are seated.
The main issue is more with the location than the restaurant itself. The parking lot can get extremely busy at times, and the traffic for entering and exiting can be quite frustrating. I nearly had a close call while pulling in due to other drivers not managing the heavy flow of traffic. However, leaving was much easier; I just had to wait a little until the congestion cleared up. As for the restaurant itself, it was perfectly fine.
