Light ice has no meaning here. Multiple drinks had crazy amount of ice. Despite of ordering a drink with light ice through phone order. Service: 1

The manager at this location is so unprofessional, has ZERO customer service skills/interpersonal skills and is just a miserable human being. I’m not sure who hires these people to run their stores but that person needs to get fired because they keep hiring terrible people. Somehow the other staff at this location are a million times better than her. Shouldn’t she lead by example and be the best person there? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lemme tell ya something. There was a lady in there and had blonde hair im assuming she was the floor manager. She was absolutely disgustingly rude and condescending. I asked the cashier who was so sweet his name was Sushant if they were able to make a one time exception for a birthday drink as i was not able to collect said drink due to being in the hospital for my birthday. She whipped her head around and told him that you can collect it on your birthday and that i would need to pay for the drink if i wanted it in the most vindictive way possible. It was so abrupt and i was taken aback at this weird lash out. This is NOT what starbucks stands for. It was absolutely atrocious to walk into an atmosphere where i’m walking to a situation and being dealt with so disrespectfully. The cashier Sushant was so professional and so amazing in his excellent customer service and truly turned the situation around and dealt with it like a TRUE leader should. He apologized for the outburst from his manager and offered to upsize the drink and no additional cost as he could see i was upset. He put birthday stickers on the drink and everything and wished me a happy birthday and told me to have an amazing day. This is a TRUE leader and someone starbucks should have in place other than that manager who spoke so disrespectfully to me. unfortunately starbucks has lost another customer. People who work there are so rude , they don’t take order carefully and make wrong drinks and then blame us that u didn’t mentioned. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
