Bidrage med feedbackThis McDonalds gets my order wrong every time. How hard is it to get it right. I have to repeat it at least two times three times. Then it's wrong again. Today Hamburger ordered small pommes and small drink. I have to go into the window and they heard cheeseburgerries and medium drink. I have my order and no straw.
A few friends and I visited three different locations to order combo meals and play Monopoly, but unfortunately this restaurant was a disappointment. The first location claimed they were out of drinking cups for combos and only gave us Monopoly stickers to put on our fries. After waiting for nearly 42 minutes in the drive-thru, the cashier was rude and unhelpful. None of our nuggets or burgers had Monopoly stickers, unlike the other two locations. I was very disappointed in their lack of attention to detail. I do not recommend this McDonald's location at all. I called the store to express my concerns, but they did not address the issue.
The drive-thru at this restaurant is extremely slow, with 1 or 2 cars ahead of you sometimes resulting in a 15-minute wait for your order. This location has reserved parking spots, with spot 1 often taken by a Jeep Cherokee, likely belonging to the manager. On one visit, I was instructed to park in spot 1 to wait for my burger, only to see the same Jeep parked there, causing me to double park and circle the lot. While waiting in the drive-thru, I observed people sitting behind me with flies landing on them and an employee with her mask improperly worn. The employee proceeded to clean the counter next to the window, and I believe the cleaning spray mist landed on the drinks of the customers. Despite my concerns, I decided to eat my food without asking for a refund. I will need to reconsider before returning to this location.
Recently, I went to this restaurant with a friend and ordered 12 double cheeseburgers for a group of friends. We also asked for 5 containers of Big Mac sauce. The manager only gave us the amount of 2 Big Mac sauces divided into 5 containers, each container barely filled with sauce. We had to scrape every last drop just to have enough for our meal. Due to the unprofessionalism and low quality of food caused by the cheap management, I am willing to drive twice the distance to another McDonald's.
Absolutely the worst drive through McDonalds in Brampton! They need to go to the one at Clarence Kennedy Rd to train for the drive through. Today at 10:00 am (not a busy time of day, only 4 cars ahead of us) took 17 minutes...to get just a coffee. No wonder people line up at Tim’s next door for coffee at a faster service. Last time I was there the drive through staff were having an argument of yelling and swearing at each other while I waited at the window for my coffee, until I said “stop arguing give me my coffee”. Managers aren’t doing their job if all this is allowed. Time to fix the problem now.
