The McDonald’s don’t got a system. In this image, you see a McDonald’s that is clean and when you walk into this specific location, the floor is sticky, this smell around the restaurant. They don’t have proper hygiene in the restaurant. Their food does not taste proper at all rather it’s just bad. Needs a lot of

The customer service is hit or miss. When they miss, it’s for two reasons: they’re too busy talking, or they don’t say, “hello” or review my order prior to paying. I come here all the time despite this, but I’m done with this place now.

I’ve always seen mac d employees never wear hair nets. Today i found a hair in my wrap which is unhygienic. There were 10 employees inside and only 2 wore hair nets but with hair bangs outside. Even their supervisor wasn’t wearing any safety protection to maintain hygiene standards. Very disappointing ?

Fast and efficient! Very kind and personable staff, which is key in customer service. This is one of the FASTEST McDonald's drive-thru in Brampton. Never really had an issue.

The big Mac seems like it was made hours before being serve also it didn't allow refills with a sign over the soda
